First of all, this hotel provides excellent value for the money. As mentioned in one of the reviews, the prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms with balconies and comfortable beds. The attention to detail is evident, as the hotel offers fresh towels daily and provides basic amenities like satellite TV and mini bars in the rooms. Additionally, the location of the hotel, nestled on a slight incline with a quiet and scenic environment, is just perfect.
All in all, everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

It is in an excellent location, walking distance for Petrovac centre (restaurants, bars and shops) and beach. The pool is lovely. The staff are very friendly, speak excellent english and are very helpful. The breakfast is a la carte - I recommend the omlette. The boiled egg is cold if hardboiled (presumably prepared in advance), hot if soft boiled.

The hotel made a very good impression. The location is in the ideal of Petrovac. Close to the beach, but in a cozy nook of the town. Clean air is delicious, because the hotel is situated very close to pine forest. The atmosphere at the hotel are very cozy, like at home. Hotel staff helpful, kind, and supports a pleasant atmosphere. Delicious breakfasts - a small menu in which there is a choice of conventional breakfasts for every taste (I liked the national corn porridge;) ) Rooms are simple but comfortable and quite spacious, has everything you need.
Room cleaning could be better. And sometimes it happens at the wrong time (when you come back from breakfast and want to prepare to go to the beach).

One of the things that stood out about this hotel was the attention to detail. From the immaculate cleanliness to the comfortable beds, everything was well taken care of. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic as well, nestled in the mountains and away from the afternoon heat. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that was included in our stay - it was a perfect way to start the day!
No negatives, everything was perfect!

The staff was nice and friendly.
The hotel is not a 4 star hotel! The rooms are very simple and the breakfast is extremly poor. The corridors smells of cigarett smoke.

Good staff, excellent location in a very picturesque pinery place not far from the town and wild beaches at the seaside.
Fair level of services granted, internet lack, confusing and mess in billing for a stay at the hotel.

Great location, always parking space, nice pool area, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and coffee, clean rooms with fresh towels every day.
Nothing for me.

A nice, small hotel close to the beach and in the middle of other interesting destinations.

We had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, with several beautiful and less crowded beaches nearby, as well as great dining options just a short stroll away. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful view of the stunning pine forest. the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and we were impressed with the hotel's facilities, including a swimming pool and sauna.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.

Lovely friendly staff, great value, short walk to the beach yet quiet
Probably not a four star (but still very good for the price!), weird bacon

Our stay was satisfactory with comfortable rooms and a good location near the beach. The staff was pleasant and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to eat in the area. The breakfast provided a decent selection of food, including hot items and fresh bread.
The parking was limited and we had to leave our car keys at the front desk. The pool was small and not as appealing as we thought it would be.

The only good thing about the hotel are the young girl at the reception and the bellboy, who were very kind and friendly.
This is actually a 2-star hotel with the design and the luxury of a soviet B&B. The price is adequate to the quality, so it is not like you will feel tricked, but do not believe this is a four-star hotel as advertised on Booked.net. Rooms are extremely basic and everything feels cheap and unsavory. There is no lift. The bathrooms' comfort and toiletries are a joke.

Very good location, Apartments very comfortable for a family with 2 children too, Nice and practical furniture, Cleaining the rooms every day (also good because of the sea), Seaview, Value-for-money price of the accomodation,
No complaints but proposals: Enrich menu card of restaurants with broader breakfast opportunities, Fixing malfunctions, etc. on the same day.
